Bilda, Charles L. Joined his beloved wife of 66 years Dorothy H. (Nee Kessler) on Sunday September 3, 2017 at the age of 92. Dear father of Geoffrey (Karen), Gwen (Robert) Siehr, Lawrence (Donna), Jane (Daniel) Wolf, Christopher (Cynthia) and the late Carl Bilda. Grandfather of Andrew, Colleen, Joseph, Charles, Anna, Sadie, Billy and Ruby. Further survived by 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Greenridge Chapel, on Monday, September 11, 4pm - 7 pm. with a Vigil Service at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 8500 W. Cold Spring Rd. Greenfield, WI. on Tuesday September 12, at 10am. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow. Charles was a WWII veteran of the Navy on the USS YMS-386. He was a retiree of the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department.
