Charles J. ''Charlie'' Preuss

Preuss, Charles J. Age 84 years, of Milwaukee, WI, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2007 in Arlington Heights, IL. Loving husband of the late Edith Preuss. Beloved father of Margaret (Jeff) Veeder of International Falls, MN, Chuck (Shelley) Preuss of New Berlin, WI, Amelia Wuerger of Algonquin, IL, Gail (Rich) Linden of Chicago, IL and John (Becky) Preuss of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Dear grandfather of Jacob, Joseph, Brandon, Eric, Jonathan, Mitchell, Angela, Sienna and Claire. Brother of William of Thiensville, WI, Grace Heideman of Burlington, WI and Al of MI. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Charlie was a World War II veteran who served in the South Pacific Theatre as a member of the US Coast Guard. Funeral Service Thursday, August 16, 2007, 10am at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL. Interment with Full Military Honors at Arlington Park Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 4-8pm. Memorials to the American Legion appreciated.
