Cecilia Ann Rutkowski A life well lived from August 7, 1921 to December 11, 2021, Cecilia Ann Rutkowski was welcomed back to her heavenly home by her loving husband Aloysius and other friends and relatives on a beautiful sunny afternoon in December. Cecilia is survived by son Mark and wife Laurie Rutkowski and daughter Cynthia (Rutkowski) and Gary Malak. Grandmother to Mackenzie and Thomas Malak and Trevor (wife Ashley) Rutkowski and Tanner (wife Melinda) Rutkowski. Great-grandmother to Weston Aloysius Rutkowski. Preceded in death by brother Frank Grabarczyk and sisters Regina Cesarz and Victoria Eilers. Cecilia is further survived by brother in-law Henry Rutkowski as well as a number of nieces, nephews and distant relatives from the Rutkowski, Grabarczyk, Cesarz, Eilers, and Radomski families and all of her fine dining friends but especially Millie and Rosemary. For over 40-years Cecilia was the owner of Cecilia’s Flower Shop in Franklin, Wisconsin where she took pride in participating in a number of community activities including the Franklin 4 th of July Commission, Franklin High School Horticultural Advisor, Distributive Education Clubs of America, and the City of Franklin Environmental Commission. Her biggest thrill was to provide a flower to all who graduated Franklin High School throughout the 1960s and 70s and to toss carnations along the Franklin July 4 th parade route. Her unforgiving love and unrelenting spirit will live on in all. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Mission Hills Chapel, on Wednesday, December 15th From 4 PM to 7 PM. Vigil Service at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3100 S 41st St. Milwaukee, on Thursday, December 16th at 11 am, a brief visitation at church from 10:15 AM until time of service. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Memorials in Cecilia's name to Heart of the Nation, 1205 s 70th St. suite 701, Milwaukee WI 53214. The donation is for Catholic church services for shut-ins.
