Perry, Catherine Mary Of Greenfield, WI died February 28, 2017. Catherine (Kay) M. Perry was born August 12, 1926 in Escanaba, MI to Andrew and Onnie Hughes. She grew up in Flatrock, MI and moved to Milwaukee in 1946 to attend Miss Brown's Secretarial School. In Milwaukee she met and married Lloyd C. Perry and they made the Milwaukee area their home for over fifty years. Lloyd passed away in June, 1997. Catherine devoted much of her adult life to Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, working in food service, rectory administration and many volunteer activities. She enjoyed her family, her friends, sewing, baking, and cake decorating. She spent the last years of her life as a resident of Clement Manor Retirement Community where she enjoyed taking classes through the Clement Manor Enrichment Center. Surviving are her son, Gregg Perry (Cindy) of Morristown, TN; daughters Susan (Tom) Williams of Georgetown, TX; Karen Perry (Peter Steinbacher) of Greendale; Catherine (Tom) Vogt of Milwaukee; and Jane (the late Mark) Brylow of Tallahassee Fl. Also surviving are grandchildren Catherine (Greg) Buletti; Tim (Heather) Johnson; Chris (Angelia) Vogt; Becky (Rick) Gbur; Kyle (Erin) Vogt; Kelly (Brian) Mangold; Robyn (Jeff) Rataczyk; Caitlin Walsh; Meghan Brylow; Andy Johnson (Monica Miranda); Keegan Brylow; Sean Brylow; Chad Gregory; and step-grandchildren Pam (Mark) Rush; Paul (Terry) Williams; Valerie Branch (Guy Allen); Sylvia Williams and Tom (Stephanie) Williams; nineteen great-grandchildren, sixteen step-great-grandchildren and four step great-great grandchildren. Catherine is also survived by her sister Jane (Harv) Hewitt of Fowlerville, MI; brother Henry (Eileen) Hughes Flatrock, MI; brother-in-law Neal (Mitzi) Perry of Waterloo, WI, sister-in-laws Grace and Muriel Hughes and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 7th at 9:00AM followed by mass at 9:30AM at the Clement Manor Chapel 3939 So. 92nd St., Greenfield. Entombment at St. Adalbert's Cemetery will be private.
