Lashway, Carol I. (Nee Stachowiak) Of Milwaukee. Was called home to the Lord after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Lashway. Loving and devoted mother of Nicholas (Colleen) Barbara (Richard) DuVall, Christine (Gerard) Zawikowski, Russell and Michele Lashway. Proud grandma of Katie, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Nicole (Mike), Adam, Sarah, Emily and Joseph. Great-grandma of Braela and Violet. Sister of Kathleen (Robert) Manders and Thomas Stachowiak. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thurs. June 21, 2012, 4-7PM. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Roman Catholic Church (1710 W. Bolivar Ave.) Friday, June 22, 2012, 11AM with visitation from 10:30AM until the time of service at the church. Private inurnment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Special thanks to all her Doctors and nurses, especially in the ICU at St. Francis Hospital.
