Carol Ann Koziczkowski

Passed away surrounded by her family on January 12, 2017 at age 80. Dear wife of the late Bronus "Joe" Koziczkowski. Loving mom of Karen (Ronald) Bloede, Daniel (Cindy) and Susan (Paul Kleba) Koziczkowski. Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Also survived by 2 sister in laws, a brother in law and other family and friends. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 11 Am until the time of service at 1 PM. Private entombment. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Horizon Home Care Hospice for the compassionate care they provided to Carol.
