Candace A. Kubczak

Kubczak, Candace A. (nee Maciolek) Passed away suddenly after a long illness on Wednesday, November 16 2016 at the age of 62. Loving wife of Thomas for 34 years. Preceded in death by her parents Robert and Sophie Maciolek. Dear sister of Keith Maciolek. Sister-in-law of John (Sharon) Kubczak and Joan Kubczak. Daughter-in-law of Myron and the late Mary Ann Kubczak. Ciocia- Aunt of Clint Maciolek, Christopher and Nicholas Kubczak. Loving caretaker of avian friend Moe. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the Neuro ICU team at St. Luke's Medical Center, Milwaukee. Candace found love and peace in her garden amongst the birds and nature. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in her memory appreciated. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Tuesday, November 29 from 10 - 11:30 AM. Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
