McKeon, Caitlin J. Born to Eternal Life on April 16, 2015 at the age of 25. Lovingly survived by her parents Tom and Sue (nee Farley) McKeon. Cherished sister of her twin brother Conor. Beloved granddaughter of Barbara and the late David Farley. Proud niece of Mike (Sandy) McKeon, Pat McKeon, David Farley Jr., Mary Ann (Mark) Scheel, Mike (Sue Sung) Farley, Dan (Anne) Farley and Pat (Angie Montoto) Farley. Special cousin of Sean, Colin, Shannon, Kelly, Shannon, Madison, Kyle, Sean, Megan, Sara, Erin, Brenna, Ella, Jack and Clara. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Harold "Butch" and Ruby McKeon. Visitation will be held at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home Mission Hills Chapel on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 4-8 PM. A Vigil prayer service will take place at 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 24, 2015 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (6060 W. Loomis Rd) at 10 AM. Entombment to take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated Children's Hospital of Wisconsin or St. Ann's Center for Intergenerational Care.
