Brian D. Reed

Reed, Brian Don Brian Don Reed passed away peacefully at his home in Franklin, Wisconsin on Thursday. Brian graduated from Beloit Memorial High School, achieved a machinist journeyman credential from Colt Industries and was an engineer at Spincraft of New Berlin, Wisconsin. He was one of four children born to Don and the late Rita (nee Moore) Reed and was the beloved husband of Kimberly (nee Bechtolt) Reed for 33 years. Brian will forever be remembered by his devoted brothers Steve, Chris, and sister Cindy, beloved daughter Jessica and her husband Mark Boccia, caring in-laws Naaman and Fran Bechtolt along with countless other friends and family who were blessed to know him. Brian was a devoted member of House of Prayer Lutheran Church and sang in the choir. Brian loved running, gardening, water sports, boating, fishing, whistling and being with his family and friends. Brian touched the lives of many people with his smile, sense of humor and generosity. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 7, 2011, at 12 Noon at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 3900 West Ryan Road, Franklin, Wisconsin, with Visitation from 10am until the time of service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers and plants, a memorial donation be sent to the family for distribution to Brian's favorite charities. Max A.
