Bonnie Good, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully of natural causes on September 21, 2023, in Greenfield. Born on December 3, 1941, in Brookfield, WI, to Geneva and Lloyd Bridgford. Bonnie lived a life marked by intelligence, humor, and selflessness.
Bonnie, a proud graduate of West Milwaukee High School, class of 1958, furthered her education at Marquette University where she earned a degree in business. Her passion for the environment and her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own environmental consulting firm, Good Armstrong and Associates. Her contributions to the field of environmental consulting were immeasurable, and she was highly respected by her peers and clients alike.
Bonnie's life was not solely defined by her professional accomplishments. She was a woman of diverse interests and hobbies that brought joy to her and those around her. She loved playing cards, a good crossword puzzle, and could often be found with a big glass of wine and a good book. Bonnie had a wanderlust spirit, finding joy in traveling, particularly her many cruises. However, her happiest times were undoubtedly those spent with her family whom she cherished greatly.
She was the loving wife to Robert Good for nearly 40 years, and their union was blessed with a large and loving family. Her children, Marla (Christopher Anick) Cherti, Paul Castle, Tammy (the late Tom) Nofsinger, Jeff (Angela) Good, Scott (Cathryn) Good, Allen (Robin) Good, and Steven Good, will remember her as a pillar of strength, love, and wisdom. Her legacy continues to live on through her grandchildren, Hannah (Dan) Schneider, Curtis Cherti, Emily Cherti, Isaac Noffsinger, Monica (Brandon) Kamin, Kailey (Nick) Burt, Zach Good, Gabby Good, Ryan Good, Dylan Good, Sebastian Good, and Henry Good, as well as her great-grandchild, Ryder Cherti.
Bonnie was the dear sister of Shirley (the late Dominick) Gulan, Robert (the late Doraine) Bridgford, Carol (Jim) Runge, Dennis (the late Pat) Bridgford, and the late Jerry Bridgford. Her siblings, along with countless other relatives and friends, will miss her greatly.
Bonnie Good was a woman who lived her life with grace, intelligence, and humor. Her selfless nature and her ability to find joy in the little things made her a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and an enduring commitment to making the world a better place. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide all those who were fortunate enough to know her. Bonnie Good will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
