Talatzko, Blanche V. (Nee Skonieczny) Born to Eternal Life October 19, 2008 at the age of 84 years. Loving mother of Susan (Robert) McKenna, Les (Arlene) and Gerard (Susan) Talatzko. Dearest Grandma or Sarah, Erin, Andrew and Ryan. Proud Great Grandma of Zachary. Sister of Mary Slupski. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Blanche was a retiree of St. Francis Hospital. The family extends a special thanks to Wing 6 Nursing Staff at Mt. Carmel Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington for all the care given to Blanche. Visitation at ST. ALEXANDER CHURCH (1568 W. Holt Ave.) Wednesday October 22 from 9:30 - 10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
