Born to Eternal Life on September 17, 2018 at the age of 81, the day of her 63rd wedding anniversary to her beloved husband, Patrick. Dear mother of Diane (Robert) Shumaker, Brian Nakatsuji (Jayne Loeffler) and Laurie (Philip) Ciano, a devoted grandmother to her 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Bev is also survived by two sisters Melba Sanders and Marion Wauters, many loving relatives (Ohana) and numerous friends. Beverly spent her lifetime of love, caring for her family and modeling her deep Catholic Faith. Anyone who knew her would eventually hear church bells on her phone, reminding her to drop everything and pray the Angelus. She cherished the simple and important things in life and left a legacy of compassion and open mindedness to her family. She will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank the doctors and especially the nursing staff at St. Lukes Hospital, and the caring staff at Zilber Family Hospice. A Memorial Gathering will be held at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CATHOLIC CHURCH (3100 W. Parnell Ave., Milwaukee) on Saturday, September 29 from 9:30-11AM. Memorial Mass to follow at 11AM. Private family inurnment at Southern Wisc. Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice (1155 Honey Creek Pkway, Wauwatosa, WI 53213). "Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard what God has ready for those who love him."
