Azzolina, Bertha (nee Bialek) Found peace on December 8, 2012 at the age 89. Beloved wife of the late Anthony. Cherished mother of Debi (Jerry) Moore, Lorna (John) Williamsen and Joe (Carol). Proud grandma of Lisa, Anna, Christina, Stephanie, A.J. and Alexandra. Fond great grandma of Katie, Abbey, Mia, Lyon and Storie. Dear sister of John (Carol) Bialek and Esther Futchkar. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Wednesday 5-8 pm and thereafter Thursday 10-11 am with a funeral service at 11 am at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
