Makowski, Bernice V. Found peace on May 25, 2019 at the age of 104 years. Dearest wife of the late Henry. Loving mother of Carol (the late John) Angoli and the late Michael Makowski. Cherished grandmother of Christine (Ken) Shehow. Beloved great-grandmother of Melissa (Jacob) Janiszewski and Andrew Shehow. Adoring Busia of Lola, Riley and Scarlett. Preceded in death by her brothers; Frank (Lucy) Lisiak, Joseph (Irene) Lisiak, Harry (Virginia) Lisiak, and her sister Dorothy (Frank) Chovanec. Also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Bernice was a long-time and active member of St. Barbara Catholic Church, was very devoted to all generations of her family and loved to cook and bake. Special thank you to Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care for Bernice and her family. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heartland Hospice would be greatly appreciated. Visitation on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at ST. MARTIN OF TOURS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7963 So. 116th Street, Franklin from 10am to 11:45am with the Funeral Mass at 12Noon.
