Samplaski, Bernice K. (Nee Ramczyk) born to eternal life on July 13, 2013 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Raymond for 53 years. Loving mother of Ron (Joann), Ken (Joanie) and Sue (Dave). Grandma of Dan, Holly, Crystal, Tayna, Melissa, Jason and Mike. Great-grandma of Colin, Jenna, Ava, Piper, Davlin and Skyler. Dearest sister of Emily, Alice, Florence, Francis, Donald, Stanley and Raymond. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Wilson Commons, nurse Mark and Allay Home and Hospice for their care. Visitation on Monday, July 22, 2013 from 9am to 10:15am at BLESSED JOHN PAUL II PARISH - ST. HELEN CHURCH, 3307 So. 10th Street with the Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society appreciated.
