Madey, Bernice A. (nee Chrzan) Grandma Bernie Born to Eternal Life on November 6, 2017 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Marion Joseph Madey. Loving mom of Mary Ann Madey, Janet (Ron) Grzesk, Robert (Susan) Madey, Martha (Dennis) Laslo and William (Laura) Madey. Proud grandmother of David (Edna), Amy and Christine Grzesk, Greg (Yvette), Heather, Christopher (Betsy), Doug (Ciji), Will (Van) and Chelsea Madey, Carrie Biasi, Kate (Kenny) Carter, Susan (Ryan) Burchfield, Sarah Madey, Stepanie Salach Price (Mike Price) and Elizabeth, Emily and Jake Madey. Cherished great grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Luke, Owen, Charlotte, Rae, Madison, Avery, Allie, Riley, Evelyn, Ava, Gwen, Josie and Blake. Dear sister of Frank (Dolores) Chrzan. Further survived by many, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents Anna and Casimir Chrzan and her siblings Walter (Laura) Duszynski, Joseph (Helen) Duszynski, Lillian (Fred) Sturek, Rose Frederico and Edward Chrzan. Visitation Saturday November 18, 2017 9:30-10:45 am at St. Alphonsus Church (6060 W. Loomis Road, Greendale) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL 60714) Monday November 20, 2017 at 1 pm. Please meet at the cemetery chapel. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staffs at Maplewood Care Center and VITAS Hospice for the wonderful care.
