Walker, Barbara L. (nee Turek). Passed away in Florida on October 8, 2009 after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 70 years. Beloved wife of Bryant for 28 years. Loving mom of JoAnne (Rick) Wojciechowski, William (Tamara) Jessup, Steven Jessup, Katherine (Ron) La Gosh and Elizabeth (Michael) Sucharski. Cherished step-mother of Cheryl (Steve) Derringer, Bobbie (Roger) Schiller, Tamera (Lance) Davis and Michael (Susan) Walker. Devoted sister of Marian Weber. Dear sister-in-law of Michael (Robin) Walker, the late Van (Rena) Walker and the late Dianne Powers. Further survived by 26 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Thursday October 15, 2009 at 1 PM at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation Thursday 11 AM-1 PM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice.
