Polasek, Barbara J. (Nee Peterson) Born to Eternal Life February 23, 2015 at the age of 67. Beloved wife of the late Phillip Polasek. Loving mom of Kevin (Jodie) and Steven (Tracy) Polasek. Proud grandma of Riley, Brady, Xander and Griffin Polasek. Dear sister of Betty (Al) Nelson, Terry (Nancy) and Paul (Debbie) Peterson. Further survived by many relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at Nativity of the Lord (3672 E. Plankinton Ave. Cudahy, WI) on Friday, February 27th from 10:30 AM - 12:15 PM with the funeral mass to begin at 12:30 PM. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Memorials to Alzheimer's Association Southeastern WI Chapter or Huntington's Disease Society of America Chapter would be appreciated. Max A.
