Meier, Arthur H. Joined his beloved Doris in Heaven on Thursday February 26, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Loving father of Janice (Patrick) O'Brien, Barbara (John) Kingston, James, Thomas, Daniel and David (Deanne). Proud grandma of Laurie, Lisa, Scott, Sean, Cheri, Michael, Melissa, Jessica, Alison, Zach, Jake, Mary and Cassy. Dear brother of Edward, the late Ray, the late Earl, the late Lorraine and the late Lucille. Also loved by 18 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH (S89 W22650 Milwaukee Ave., Big Bend) on Tuesday March 3, 2009 from 4-5:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 6 PM. Private interment Rural Home Cemetery. Arthur was a longtime employee of the Pabst/Blatz Brewing Company and proudly served his country in the Army Air Force during WW II. In memory of Arthur's early years as an orphan, please direct memorials in his honor to Boys Town.
