Arlene F. Morgan, born Arlene Martin on February 20, 1957, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, departed this life on December 9, 2024. Throughout her years, Arlene inspired those fortunate enough to cross her path with her unwavering spirit and passion for life.

A devoted wife and mother, Arlene celebrated love in many forms. She was the cherished spouse of the late Daniel Morgan Jr. and the loving mother of Robert E. Morgan, who now precedes her in death. She leaves behind the light of her life, her two daughters, Dawn-Marie D. Neff and Dana M. Blacks, who carry forward her legacy of strength and compassion. The family circle includes multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom holds a piece of her heart.

Arlene derived joy from the simple pleasures of life. An avid reader, she found solace between the pages of countless books. Her evenings were often spent entranced by episodes of "The Walking Dead," indulging in true crime tales, or becoming engrossed in reality television shows. She had a particular fondness for sci-fi horror movies, reveling in the thrill of the extraordinary. Each interest reflected her vibrant personality and curiosity about the world.

In addition to her eclectic tastes, Arlene had a gentle spirit that radiated warmth. She devoted many hours to spoiling her beloved cat, Oliver, who was more than just a pet; he was a cherished companion sure to mourn her loss deeply, as will all who knew her.
