Arlene M. Shanovich

Arlene M. Shanovich (nee Poenitzsch) Passed away peacefully and joined her beloved husband Charles on February 12, 2022, at age 93. Proud and loving mother of Kenneth (Cheryl) and Gail (Larry) Johanson. Caring grandmother of Bryan (Meghan) Schneeweis and Lindsey (Brian) Husted. Dear great grandmother of Landen and Liam Schneeweis and Emma and Madison Husted. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Arlene was a retiree of Anderson Graphics and a longtime member of Jackson Park Lutheran Church. The family is extremely grateful to Pastor Fred Thomas Breitfeld for his spiritual guidance and support. A special thanks to granddaughter Lindsey for love and care during Arlene's final days. A private family service was held.
