Carstensen, Arlene "Dean" (nee Rhode) Joined her beloved husband Einar in Heaven on February 9, 2016 at the age of 83. Loving mom of Jane (Ned) Cerra, Kurt Carstensen and Mark Carstensen (Mary Horton). Proud grandma of Kate, Matt, Kelly, Tracy and Jake. Dear sister of Betty (the late Henry) Steppach. Cherished aunt of Mike (Jane) Leahy. Further survived by special neighbors Joe and Kathy Graziano and Ken and Barb Manthey, Mike and Cindy Knutson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private services were held with interment at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Second Hand Purrs or the Franklin Library appreciated. Max A.
