Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on June 8, 2018 at the age of 100. Preceded in death by his first wife Ruth Rystiken. Survived by his second wife Mary Lou and their combined children; Susan (the late Richard) Winter, Mike (Greta) Plicka, Robert (Linda) Plicka, Jack (Trudy) Plicka, Kim (Jim) Baake, Mark (Jackie) Zephirin and Tracy (Mike) Wholean, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-children, other relatives and many friends. Tony retired from Louis Allis, served his country during WWII in the US Army 82nd Airborne Glider Infantry, a recipient of the Purple Heart and was a member of American Legion Post 219 and Patron Emeritus of HA Todd American Legon Post 537. Memorial Gathering on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL, Greenfield from 3pm until the time of Memorial Service at 5pm. Entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park, 132nd and W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10am. Please meet at the main entrance of the Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Legion Post 219 appreciated.
