Annette M. Kubiak Oak Creek - (nee Minzlaff) Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 7, 2022. Age 82. Beloved wife of the late Roman. Further survived by her brother, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Chapel of the Angels, 3801 W. Morgan Ave., on Friday, March 11 from 11 - 11:30 AM. Funeral Service at 11:30 AM.
