Annamarie Blawat

March 9, 1955 — April 2, 2022

Was called to Heaven on Sat., April 2, 2022, at the age of 67. Loving wife of 46 years to Michael A Blawat, and beloved mother of Christine (Chad) Dwyer, Gregory Blawat and Nicholas (Erin) Blawat. She was also incredibly loved by her grandchildren Elana, Sebastian, Casey, Jossalyn, Blake, Declan, and Caleb. She is further survived by her mother, Patricia Staniszewski; mother-in-law, Jeanette Blawat; siblings, Nicole (Dennis) Dembowski, Joseph (Robin) Staniszewski, Paul (Jill) Staniszewski, Andrew (Vicki) Staniszewski, Stephanie (Daniel) Reents; sister-in-law, Lori Staniszewski; step-granddaughters, Courtney and Allison; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Annamarie is preceded in death by grandparents she loved dearly, Victor and Henrietta Kobylczak and Francis and Elizabeth Staniszewski; her father Sylvester Staniszewski; father-in-law, Daniel Blawat; siblings, Judith, Peter and Michelle Staniszewski; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Timdal. Annie was kind, loving, spiritual and unconditionally dedicated to her family. She always pointed out a person’s good traits and was quick to lend a hand no matter what was needed. Annie and Mike enjoyed traveling and spending weekends at the lake home they built in Waupaca County. Watching the grandkids enjoy the lake was very special to her. She raised Scottish Terriers and showed them nationwide with her granddaughter, Elana. They, and the dogs, won many awards including national championships. She also was dedicated to her colleagues and policy owners at Allied Senior Services Insurance, which Mike and Annie founded in the 1980’s. Annie had the joy of working with her grown children for the past 25 years. She passed her knowledge, and the business to their capable hands. As a dedicated member of the Catholic Church, she now rests easy in the arms of the Lord. Visitation will be held at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Westwood Chapel on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 4-7 PM. A Vigil service will be held at 7 PM. Additional visitation at St. Leonard Catholic Church (W173S7743 Westwood Dr., Muskego, WI) on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 9-9:45 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM.
