Angel Fuentes

Angel Mario Fuentes, 66, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed peacefully at home on June 23, 2022. Cherished son of Jose and Aida Fuentes (Velez) and beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Welch) for 46 years. Angel and Kathy were blessed with one child, Shannon (Scott) and two grandchildren, Mason and Alexa. A devoted grandfather, Angel loved taking Mason and Alexa camping at “the little cabin” in Wisconsin Dells during the summers while they were growing up. Angel loved to travel and was touring the National Park system with Kathy. His favorite park being The Great Smokey Mountains in the Fall. Angel also loved the beach and spent much time in Puerto Rico with loved ones. A lover of music, you could often find Angel and Kathy at Jazz in the Park. Angel was an avid golfer who taught Shannon how to golf, a skilled welder, and a fan of the Las Vegas (Oakland/Los Angeles) Raiders. Angel was hard-working, generous, and he loved his family. A celebration of life memorial will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Oklahoma Chapel (1515 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53215) on Friday, July 22 from 4-7pm. There will also be a church service on Saturday, July 23 at Falls Presbyterian Church (W156N7356 Pilgrim Rd, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). Visitation at the church will start at 10am until the time of the memorial service at 11am.
