Dvoracek Alvina L. Nee Cyganiak Born to eternal life on Saturday, May 21, 2016. Age 90. Mother of Barbara Berner and Patricia (Joseph) Blahnik. Grandmother of Mark (Jinah) Berner, David (Krista) Berner and James (Jodi) Blahnik. Great Grandmother of Adeline Blahnik, Claire and Elle Berner. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at St Rita Church, 2318 South 61st St. on Wed. May 25 9:30 am - 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Private burial at Mt Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Humane Society.
