Platz, Alvin ''Al'' Found peace on September 11, 2007 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Pat (nee Thielecke) for 47 years. Loving father of Barbara Hintz/Zinta, Patti (Jeff) Strosina and Mark Platz. Beloved PaPa of Cassie Jo, Matthew, Paije, Nikki, Chase, Chelsie, Gina, Raymond and Marc. Dearest PopPop of Tyler and Trinity. Further survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Al was employed at Barry Trucking Co. and was a 50 year member of Ascension Lutheran Church Senior Choir.
