Janiszewski, Alphonse H. April 14, 2007. Age 88 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Daberkow) for nearly 40 yerars of marriage. Loving father of Dianne Longhurst, JoAnne (Michael) Zolecki and Vicki (David) Christensen. Proud grandfather of Christopher (Sumner), Chad and Joel (fiancee Anne) Zolecki; Terry and Alex Christensen. Great-grandpa of Ava. Fond brother of Irene Lowinski, Casey (Rita) and Edward (Phyllis) Janiszewski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Wed. April 18, 2007 at ST. MARTIN OF TOURS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7963 S. 116th Street, Franklin. Interment St. Martin of Tours Cemetery. Visitation at the church from 10:00 to 10:45 AM. Al was a US Army Veteran of WWII and past president of Superior Die-set Corp. He was passionate about his travels and antique ventures shared with his late wife. His second passion was his singing he immensely enjoyed performing during his younger years. Alphonse also was a lover of the opera, fishing and golfing, but especially his singing. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society and deeply appreciated by his family.
