Heymann, Alma (nee Bertola) Passed away peacefully in loving arms Friday, January 16, 2009 at age 92 years. She is reunited with her beloved husband George. Cherished and loving mother of John(Belle Brett) and Georgianne Heymann. Sister of Edith(the late Tris)Ricchio. Along with her husband, Alma was preceded in death by brothers John and Guido Bertola; and sisters Lena Maier and Albina Coredig. A longtime resident of Greendale, Wisconsin, she loved her family, home, and community. Her energy and enthusiasm for life was always evident, whether cooking for those she loved, tilling her garden, or caring for children in her work at Milwaukee County Children's Home. She will be sorely missed by many dear friends and relatives-all special to her. She held us close to her heart and we were fortunate to have lived in her strong, loving hands. We would like to thank the staff of Clement Manor(Francis Haven, Adult Day Services) and Odyssey Healthcare for their compassion, tenderness, and expertise in caring for our mom. Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 31, at Tippecanoe Presbyterian Church, 121 West Saveland Ave., Milwaukee, WI. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Children's Ministry of Tippecanoe Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
