Benton, Allan L. Al Wednesday, December 27, 2017, age 88. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Szulczewski). Dear father of Gary (Lynn), Jeffrey (Mary),Susan Bednar (David), Todd (Jane), and two grandsons, Nathan and Zachary. Further survived by fiancee, Fran Grosskreutz. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Member of the A/I/7 Marine Corps Association (Semper Fi), Korean War Veteran, and long time member of the Boys Scouts of America (Be Prepared). Retired from the Journal Co. after 38 years. Member of Contemporary Line dancers, Dance A Round with Jerry, Swingin Singles @ E.M.B.A Square Dancers, Vagabond Ski & Social Club and the Wilson Park Senior and Grobschmidt Senior Centers. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS WESTWOOD CHAPEL - MUSKEGO (W173 S7629 Westwood Drive) on Saturday January 6, 2018 from 10 AM until time of Memorial Service at 12 Noon. Private Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Fisher House Wisconsin.
