Alice S. Jurkowski

Jurkowski, Alice S. (Nee Kabat). Passed away peacefully on April 8, 2016. Age 92. Preceded in death by her husband Tony and her second husband Ed. Loving mom of Charlene, Charmaine (Brian) and the late Dennis. Grandma of Shelli (Keith), John (Suzanne), Sara (Ryan), Amanda (Joel), Kayla and the late Toni. Great-grandma of Tyler, Kylie, Stella, Izabella, Elyana, Emmett and Scarlette. Sister of Dorothy (the late Bud) and Lorraine (the late Bill). Further survived by other relatives and friends as well as her canine companion, Eddee. A special thanks to Heather, Josh and Danielle. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 15 starting at 4PM until time of service at 7PM. Additional visitation on Saturday, April 16 from 10-10:45AM. Entombment to follow at Forest Home Cemetery.
