Alice S. Gaffke

Gaffke, Alice S. (nee Sokolowski) Entered into rest April 8, 2005 at age 89. Beloved wife of the late Fabian Gaffke, for over 56 years. Dearest mother of Judith (Clarence) Magerowski, Dear Grandmother of Gregory (Lisa Magerowski and Juliane (James) Zembruski. Loving great grandmother of Tyler and Kayla Magerowski and Eric Zembruski. Fond sister-in-law of Charlotte Sokolowski. Also survived by her Godchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was member of St. Hyacinth Senior Citizens Club and former member of the Resurrection Choir and the Polish Woman's Sodality. The family wishes to express a special, heartfelt thank you to Mary McCann, RN, Joan, LPN, Mindy, Mary, Monica and the rest of the staff at Francis House and the Villa. Funeral services 9:30 AM Thurs. Max A. Sass & Sons. Mass 10 AM at ST. HYACINTH CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1414 Becher Ave. Interment in St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 to 8:00 PM Wed. at the funeral home. Prayer vigil at 7:30 PM.
