Alice Barbara Mirkowski

Mirkowski, Alice B. Age 84 years, May 30, 2007 Dear sister of Jean Mirkowski. Loving aunt ''mother'' of Eileen (Dick) Jaskolski, Linda (David) Benzschawel. Very special aunt of Darlene (the late David) Maternowski. Cherished great aunt of Joe, Craig, Curt, Mark, Mary, Mike, Dan, Steve, Michelle, Sara, Liz, and Karen. Further survived by many loving great great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by a sister Dolores ''Dado'', 3 brothers and 2 more sisters. Alice served our country as a nurse in the Army during WWII and continued to serve our community at the Milwaukee Public Health Dept. and the V.A. Hospital, and was a faithful alumnus of St. Marys School of Nursing. The family wishes to thank Dr. Lenore VanSanten for her friendship and care, Comfort Keepers, and especially Virginia for her devotion. Funeral Mass Monday 11 AM at SS. CYRIL AND METHODIUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1547 W. Wind Lake Ave. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Monday 10 AM to 11 AM at the Church. Please meet directly at the church on Monday for visitation and Mass. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Jefferson, WI appreciated.
