Kachelek, Alice A. Died peacefully on Tues. Aug. 19, 2008, at the age of 86 years, a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend that will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her loving husband Leonard and son Kenneth. Loving mother of Robert (Sandra) and David. Dear grandmother of Scott (Rieko) Kachelek. Sister of Stanley (Linda) Kontowicz, Betty (Milton) Mayer and Leonard Kontowicz. Sister-in-law of Florence (Ben) Miller, Ed (Alice) Kachellek and Rose (Gil) Timm. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Sat. Aug. 23 at MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL. Visitation at the Funeral Home from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Thanks to Aurora doctors and nurses who helped mom through the difficult times. Thanks to Father Leonard of St. William and Father Ken of St. Gregory who prayed with our small family at our mother's bedside. Special thanks to the Zilber Family Hospice staff who provided exceptional care on mom's last days. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Zilber Family Hospice would be appreciated.
