Alfred "Fritz" Kaczkowski

February 15, 1929 — November 5, 2023

Alfred "Fritz" Kaczkowski, a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and devoted friend, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2023. Born February 15, 1929, in Milwaukee, WI. Fritz lived a fulfilling life marked by service, love, and laughter.


Fritz was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy, and cherished daughter, Beth. He is survived by his son, Brian (Sandi), grandsons Kevin (Sara) and Jason (Samantha), great-grandchildren Avery, Leah, Lincoln and Rowan. Dear brother of Eugene, Robert, Konrad and the late Henry and Edward. Also loved and survived by many other relatives and friends.


After serving in the Marine Corps, he embarked on a career as a detective with the Milwaukee Police Department. Later, he transitioned into the field of computer programming. His passion for learning and sharing knowledge led him to become an instructor at Milwaukee Business Training Institute (MBTI), where he inspired countless students with his wisdom and experience. He had a great passion for golf and enjoyed playing cards and bingo. His kindness extended beyond his family and friends, touching the lives of everyone he met. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alfred's name to the Milwaukee Center for Independence appreciated.


Visitation a will take place at Max A. Sass Funeral Home, Mission Hills Chapel, on Saturday, November 18th, 10 AM to 12 PM. Funeral service at 12 PM. Burial to follow at St. Martin of Tours.
