Alex R. Kantak

Kantak, Alex R. Of Elkhorn. Passed away peacefully on February 18, 2008, at the age of 90, with his loving family surrounding him, including his loving wife of 30 years, Mary Ann, his 5 step-sons and his brother-in-law. Preceded in death by his parents Rosalie and Stanley Kantak, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Alex worked for Heil Co. for 44 years and retired in 1982. He was a WWII veteran in the T-5 Signal Corps., enjoyed music in his past time and attended dances at Serb Hall on Thursdays. He will be deeply missed. It was Alex's request that no formal services be held.
