Dear son-in-law of Nina and the late Alfred A. Cruz and brother-in-law of Alfred L. Cruz. Also loved by aunts, uncles and cousins. God-father of Mandy (Blake) Reilly and Kyle Palkowski. Best friend to Officer Mark and Mary Palkowski and Deputy Marlone Jones. Other relatives and many friends survive, but all were viewed as family by ''Alps''.
