Amendola, Albert "Al" Of Oak Creek, Found peace January 12, 2018 at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband for 71 years of Carmella Amendola (nee Giordano). Loving father of Allen (Cindy) Amendola, Christine (John) Rusin, and Susan (Paul) Thompson. Proud grandfather of Gina (JR), Johnny, Christina (Mike), Scott (Ashley), Crystal (Stephen), and the late Richard. Great-grandfather of Sierra, Brianna, Grace, Carmella, Mia, Elijah, Serafina, Henry, and Rocco. Dear brother of Elda Kafka. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation on Saturday, January 20, from 9:00AM until 12Noon at the funeral home. Funeral service at 12Noon. Interment private, Forest Hill Memorial Park. Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital may be considered. Al was a proud member of Local Union 134 IBEW for 70 years. He proudly served in the Battle of the Bulge during World War II. He received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star.
