Alan George Durant

Joined his wife Marilyn in Heaven on March 10, 2022 at age 74. Lovingly survived by his son Eric (Scott Swickard) Durant. Preceded in death by his parents George and Lorraine Durant, and by his in-laws George and Helen Strelka. Beloved brother of Dawn Pisors, Candy (Tom) Smolik and Lesly (John) Tianen; nieces and nephews, Mark Pysor, Kelly (Jim) McElwee, Ashley (Daniel) Haugen, Ileana Smolik, Rylan Smolik and Kent Tianen. Great uncle to Kate, Maddie, Olivia McElwee and Violet Haugen. Special cousin to Kenneth and Anne Bahr, Karen and David Bartel, Nadine and the late Rick Strelka. Special friend of Joel and Connie Jerominski and Josie and Dennis Wisialowski. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 11:30AM on Wednesday, March. 16, at MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL. Visitation at the Funeral Home from 9:30AM-11:30AM. Private interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. The family requests memorials to MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) or the Hunger Task Force, in Alan's name.
