Ciesielczyk, Agnes A. (nee Klister) Entered into heaven and joined her beloved family and friends on Monday, February 12, 2018. At the age of 78. Beloved wife of Richard for 60 years. Loving mother of Vicki (Micheal) Smith, Carri (Ken) Moczynski, the late Lon Ciesielczyk, Todd (Lisa) Ciesielczyk, and Dale (Julie) Ciesielczyk. Nana of Steve, Amanda, Abby and Anna. Sister of Paul (Helen) Klister, the late Jim (the late Joyce) Klister, The late Jerome Klister, and the late Tony (Pat) Klister. Further survived by other family and friends. Memorial gathering at Max Sass funeral Home, West wood Chapel, Friday, February 16, 4 PM - 7 PM. Memorial Service at 7 PM.
