Kilps, Walter "LeRoy" Found peace on Friday, November 27, 2009 at the age of 63. Devoted husband of Candy(nee Piekarski)for 36 years. Caring father of Christopher and Keith. Loving grandpa of Travis. Brother of Ricky(Mary) and Bobby(Jackie). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. LeRoy worked for the Post Office for 39 years, mainly at the Bay View Station. He was currently President of Wisconsin Sports Collector's Association, a life long sports collector and owner of Card Corner. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday, December 3 from 3-7 PM. Private interment.
