Gimler, Robert G. "Bob" Re-united with his beloved wife Carol on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the age of 72. Beloved father of Mike Gimler and Dawn (Steve) Bembenek. Loving grandpa of Katie and Jacob. Dear brother of David (Sylvia), Ronald, Katherine Verbrick, Patricia, Thomas (Sherry) and Michael. Also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents John and Catherine, brothers John and Kenneth and his sister Susan. Bob was a proud retiree of Grede Foundries and enjoyed spending his days with his dogs Benji and Cuddles. Visitation at St. Rita Catholic Church, 2318 S. 61st St., on Saturday, July 27 from 9-10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Private interment. "We are all going to miss you very much."
