Patricia F. Wegner

Wegner, Patricia F. (nee Michalski) Born into Eternal Life on November 25, 2007 at the age of 69 following a courageous battle with cancer. Patricia was the one true love of the late Leo for 51 years. Loving mother of Kathleen (Larry) Rebich, Michael (Wendy Sue), Jeffrey (Wendy Ann), and Lynn (Tom) Czysz. Proud Grandma of Tracey, Joshua, Kassundra, Philip, Christopher, Caitlyn, Caylee, Jonathan, Katherine and Andrew and six great grandchildren. Special friend of Kenneth Griffey. Further survived by sisters-in-law Joyce Wegner and Barbara Michaels, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, November 29 from 4 PM to 8 PM with a 7 PM vigil. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 30 at 10:30 AM at Basilica of St. Josaphat (2333 S. 6th Street). PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Private interment.
