Cieslak Martha J. (Nee Galas) Peacefully passed away at home Saturday July 4th 2009. Age 86. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving Mother of James (MaryEllen), Thomas (Pat), Mary Ann Cieslak-Duchek (Robert Duchek) Peggy Cieslak-Etlicher (David Etlicher), Therese and Joseph (Judy). Proud Grandma of Jennifer, Michelle, Michael, Anne, Brian, Kevin, Sarah and Johanna. "Great" Grandma of Caleb and Oliver. Fond sister-in law of Regina Michalski, Raymond (Bernice) and Edward Mamayek. Further survived by other relatives and friends Visitation at St. Rafael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2059 S. 33rd St. Thursday July 9, 9- 10 AM. Mass of Christian burial at 10 AM. Burial to follow at St Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the church. A constant throughout her life, Martha found strength, comfort and inspiration from her deep and abiding faith.
