Marie Estelle Gilane

Gilane, Marie Estelle (Nee Webster) Passed peacefully at home on June 17, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late William J. Gilane Jr. Special companion of August Zamka. Loving mother of Terry Gilane, William Tony (Nicole) Gilane and Dona Yahola. Proud and cherished grandma of Daryll, Chris and Maya, Willie, David and Celine and great-grandchildren Kenton, Innocence Poka and Xaiayza. Beloved sister of Francis (the late Mary), the late James and Katherine Dodo, Joseph, Clementine (the late Lyle) Wing, Larry (Vera), the late Cynthia and Thomas Schultz, Julius (Maureen), Richard (Victoria), Dean (the late Betty) and Gene (Marjorie). Special cousin of Mary Cloud and Katherine Holmes. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other relative and friends. Marie was the Smoke Shop Manager at Potawatomi Bingo and Casino, worked in the tobacco industry most of her life, a founding member and trustee of Congregation of the Great Spirit and proud member of the US Marine Corps - Semper Fi. Visitation on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL, Greenfield from 4PM until time of Prayer Service at 7pm. Additional Visitation on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the CONGREGATION OF THE GREAT SPIRIT, 1000 W. Lapham Street from 10am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am. Private interment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
