Judith M. Zajackowski

Zajackowski, Judith M. Passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on December 27, 2012 at the age of 57. Beloved daughter of Norbert A. and the late Lucille Zajackowski. Loving sister of Marnie Twombly, Michael Zajackowski, Gregory Zajackowski and Carol (John) Box. Further survived by her loving nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Judy was a retiree of Wisconsin Department of Revenue and lovingly took care of her father. Visitation on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3222 So. 29th Street from 9:30am to 10:45am with the Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the MACC Fund appreciated.
