Joanne M. Curtin

"Jo Jo" "Mama Jo" (nee Maher) Age 58. Entered into Eternal Life on Sunday, January 28, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of Patrick E. for 34 years. Dedicated mother of Jamie, Erin (Michael) Hodous and Megan (Christopher Senner). Adoring grandmother of Emmett and his soon to be born sister. Dear sister of Larry (Phyllis) Maher, Diane Grande, Debbie (Mark) Golon and Paul (Christine) Maher. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her furry companions Cooper and BB. We will always remember her distinctive laugh. She enjoyed traveling to tropical destinations. Many summer days were spent tailgating and attending Brewers games with her family. Joanne also enjoyed walking in the Kettle Moraine State Forest. She was passionate about great food and dining at fine restaurants. We will always celebrate and cherish these memories with Jo Jo. Joanne was a dedicated employee of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for approximately 40 years. Special thanks to Dr. Raza and the Pro Health Care Team and Dr. Hamadani and the staff at Froedtert for all their dedicated care throughout her battle with cancer over the last 7 years. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Friday, February 2 from 4 - 7 PM. Vigil Service at 7 PM. Additional visitation on Saturday at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9306 W. Beloit Rd., from 9:30 - 10:15 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
