Geneva Emma Lahiff

Lahiff, Geneva Emma (Nee Themer) Born June 24, 1922 in Bonduel, Wisconsin and passed away peacefully on August 9, 2011 at the age of 89 in Greendale, Wisconsin. Beloved wife of 51 years to the late Edwin P. Lahiff. Loving mother of Kathleen (Bob) Schwade, Patrick (Pam) Lahiff and Thomas Lahiff (fiance Eileen). Proud grandmother of Meghann (Ben) Redding, Caitlin (Tim) Allen, Matthew Morley, Shannon (Matt) Bibis, Michael (Rosin), Keara, and Nicole Lahiff and great-grandmother of Miles Redding. Preceded in death by her mother Hattie (Gehm) Themer and father Ewald Themer, brother Maynard Themer, sisters Lavern Raaths and Dorothy Isakson and grandson Ryan Lahiff. Further survived by brother Martin (Mary) Themer, Bob Isakson, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Geneva graduated from Bonduel High School in 1939. Geneva also graduated from Beauty School in Milwaukee. Edwin and Geneva proudly raised their family in the Greendale area for over 52 years. Visitation on Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at ST. STEPHEN THE MARTYR LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6101 So. 51st Street, Greendale with the Funeral Service at 11:30 am. Private interment Forest Home Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
