Ludwig, Fred J. "Fritz" Of Franklin. Age 87. Entered into Eternal Life on Thursday, June 19, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Dear husband of Louise (nee Langford) for 58 years. Loving father of Susan (Kevin) Schlueter, Sandy (John) Kessenich and William (Lisa) Ludwig. Proud grandpa of Sarah, Kevin (Deanna), Kristin (Brian), Brady and Anika. Brother-in-law of Bernie Langford. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Fritz was an Army MP during the Korean War. He retired from Vulcan Materials and was a member of American Legion Post #416. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Whitnall Park Lutheran Church. Visitation at the Max A.
